Текст E: The world’s first flying car took to the skies on March 18, 2009. Its name is the Transition, because it can switch between the road and the sky. The car that looks like a plane that looks like a car took off from a small airport in New York. The “roadable aircraft” is from a Boston based company called Terrafugia, which means “escape from land” in Latin. Текст F: A decade-long study has found that cancer is less common among vegetarians. Health experts have always thought that a vegetarian diet is healthier than one that includes meat. This latest research is one of the biggest studies to compare cancers in vegetarians and non vegetarians. The research team reported a “significantly lower” number of cancers among the fish-eaters and vegetarians compared with those who ate meat. The study suggests being vegetarian could protect people against cancer.

Текст G: Scientists have found a strong link between headaches and warmer weather. The research showed that the main cause of the patients’ headaches was a change in the weather. A rise in temperature in the previous 24 hours was the biggest trigger. The research team said the chances of getting a bad headache increased by 7.5 percent with every five-degree Celsius rise in the temperature. The second biggest cause was a fall in air pressure, which happens especially after thunderstorms.
