Negative emotions
When we hold onto feelings like anger, fear, sadness or guilt, we are only hurting ourselves. We can even hold onto anxiety A that we fear the most by avoiding them. However, there are no bad or wrong emotions if we can regulate them.
If we can accept what has happened and why we’re feeling that way, we can start to process and let go of these feelings. Acceptance doesn’t mean you think something is okay B .
