Alexey Savrasov

Alexey Savrasov is an outstanding Russian painter. He is considered to be the                          (CREATE) of the lyrical landscape style. Savrasov was born into the family of a merchant. He became interested in painting very early and tried                          (VARY) styles and techniques. He graduated from the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture (MSPSA) in 1850 and began to                          (SPECIAL) in landscape painting.

In 1857 Savrasov became a teacher in the MSPSA, and his best students there were Isaac Levitan and Konstantin Korovin. After his marriage his home became one of the most                          (INTEREST) places for artists and collectors. Unfortunately, Savrasov sank into depression after some tragic events in his personal life. His work suffered                          (DRAMATIC) and he spent the last years of his life in poverty. Still, we admire his works and will never forget him.
